The Pineapple Thief - Tightly Unwound (2025 Mix)

Fakten Originally released in 2008, ‘Tightly Unwound’ marked a pivotal moment in The Pineapple Thief's development — balancing atmospheric melancholy with sharp dynamics, intricate arrangements & Bruce Soord’s increasingly confident songwriting. Widely regarded as one of the defining albums in the band’s catalogue, it helped establish the sonic identity that would carry The Pineapple Thief onto a global stage. This new 2025 remix, completed by Bruce Soord, revisits the album with renewed depth & clarity while preserving the tension & emotional weight of the original recordings. Previously available only as part of the ‘Retracing Our Steps’ Earbook, the 2025 mix now receives its first standalone CD/LP release.
