Fakten Spooky Eyes are a new psychedelic rock power trio rumbling out of Tasmania/lutruwita, Australia and this self-titled debut record is their mission statement. Self-written and recorded, with Eddy Current’s Mikey Young on mastering duties, Spooky Eyes commits the band’s monolithic live energy and sound to wax. This is six tracks and thirty minutes of raw and timeless rock’n’roll goodness – channeling howling acid rock riffs, heady psychedelia and proto-metal grit with a loose, jam-driven energy, pulled straight from the late 60s/70s underground.
