John Zorn - Fantasias

Fakten Fantasias is the fifth CD in Zorn’s ongoing series of compositions scored for piano trio inspired by classical forms. The music is lyrical, harmonically complex, unpredictable, and filled with a lush Romantic sweep. Featuring some of the most telepathic interaction the trio has yet achieved, Fantasias is a dramatic new installment to this acclaimed series of piano trio recordings that push these three master musicians into mysterious new directions.
